Daring Deals offers FREE shipping on ALL orders, no matter where you live in the world!
1. How do you offer such low prices?
Daring Deals works directly with some of the best overseas clothing manufacturers, the same ones that make all the clothes you normally wear. What makes us different is that we ship our products directly from these sources at wholesale prices. The trade-off for such great savings is that it generally takes about 10 to 30 days to receive your items, but we try to off set this by offering FREE shipping to anywhere in the world.
2. It's been 10 days. Why hasn't my item been delivered?
Your item is shipped directly from the overseas supplier. You receive a high quality product for a fraction of the cost it would normally be, but it is going to take a little longer for your product to arrive. Expect your product to arrive within 10 to 30 days.
3. Oops, I ordered the wrong size by accident, can I change it?
If you let us know as soon as possible that you made a mistake in the order, we will do our best to change it before it ships. Once our supplier ships your order we can no longer do anything to change it. This is why it is very important to consult the sizing chart before your purchase to make sure you choose correctly.
4. What is your refund policy?
If your item arrives damaged then we will either refund the purchase or send you a new item. After you receive your package, please email us within 3 days if you are not satisfied or there are damages in transport. You must provide photos of the damaged item in order for us to authorize your return.
If you wish to return items, please keep them in same condition as they were sent. First contact us via email at: daringdeals@gmail.com to receive approval for return, once we have received your return we will provide your refund, however the refund amount will not include the shipping cost. Please allow up to 5 Working Days for us to process your returned items.
If you simply picked the wrong size unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. Again, this is why it is very important to look at the sizing chart for each product, and choose a size according to the chart.
5. The label on my item has the wrong size on it. Why?
Different countries have different sizes. The label on your item may say Medium, but you ordered a Small. This is because of the sizing difference between countries. If you follow our sizing chart provided with each product, you will get the right size even if the label says something different. Just try it on and see how it fits!
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal and Cash via Western Union.
7. To which countries does Daring Deals ship?
We offer Shipping FREE anywhere in the world. (few countries excluded)
8. I sent a payment via Western Union, what now?
After you have sent your payment in U.S. dollars from your local Western Union you will receive a MTCN. This is a special number, without it we cannot collect your payment. Once you have your MTCN come back to our Western Union Confirmation Page and fill out the form including the MTCN. We will confirm receipt of your payment and ship your order to you within 1-3 business days.
